The entire order was burned. There was no description on the carton that it was flammable or any storage information for the product. It was as if a bomb had exploded. This was not the first order, but unfortunately i took a larger quantity this time.

The merchant is a fraud and I requested compensation and contacted him to resolve the dispute I raised against him. I hope he compensates me with the order, but unfortunately, he blocked me and refused to negotiate even though the mistake was his. There were no instructions to preserve the product, which caused complete damage to it.
